This informative pamphlet was published by the American government during the 1940s, describing all the actions (and inactions) that average citizens can take against a much stronger occupying power. It’s a good thing they are such good friends, so of course we won’t need it here. A fascinating read, though, if rather dated; I’m sure ingenious Canadians could find lots of ways to bring it up to date if necessary. Any suggestions? Leave a reply below.
